We send all good by Royalmail recorded delivery or Special delivery. Orders up to £50.00 are sent recorded delivery, orders over £50 are sent special delivery.
We can send goods to any part of the world, but sometimes the cost of post can be a problem.
If you order items like motors, servos and other items which are small, then we can send goods by our postal service in UK - this is handled by Royalmail. All goods that are shipped with Royalmail are sent by a sign for service and can be tracked. The cost is between GBP £5.50 - £8.50.
The only problem is that there are size limits for goods sent by post in certain countries. Most commonly it is a maximum length of 600mm. This usually means that Model Kits cannot be sent by normal post and we have to use a courier or freight company.
This means that a shipment for a large Model Kit box will be GBP £22 - £35 based on the size of shipment. As the value of some of our models only costs this amount, it can be an expensive transaction.
Sometimes we can cut the box and make it smaller or we can repack it in smaller box, but if the smallest model part is more than 600mm this is not possible. If 3-4 kits are ordered together, then freight is more economic as they can be sent together as one package.
Therefore if you still wish to go ahead and order a kit to be sent to your country, please contact us first and we can get a quote by EMS,TNT, Fedex or UPS and e-mail to you.
Most orders received by 12 noon are dispatched the same day, however, depending on the availability of stock and the demand for our services, delivery times can vary. We always endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible, yet we consider a 3-day delivery time as normal if goods are in stock. Should you require something on short notice please contact us. If delivery takes longer than 2 weeks we will offer to refund your payment unless you request otherwise.
We will notify you as to the status of your order by email. Please note that we will email you to inform you if an item is out of stock, thus a delay in response to this email would cause a delay in your order being fully processed. Therefore we encourage you to check your inbox regularly after placing an order.
We send goods within 1 to 3 days of payment being received. If good are out of stock we will send e- mail with delivery date and request whether you wish to keep items on order. If delivery is more than 2 weeks payments are normally refunded unless you request otherwise.

- Returns & Replacements
It is important to check the goods upon receiving them. In any case, goods should be checked on arrival to ensure that they are in proper working condition; the first course of action upon discovering any form of damage should be to reject the goods, as accepting goods places liability with the purchaser.
All deliveries need to be authorised by a signature. Where carriers leave a card stating that a delivery has been attempted, you must act upon this card information and contact the carriers to arrange another delivery time as soon as possible. Failure to do this will result in the parcel being returned to us, and any postage charges incurred will be your responsibility.We must await confirmation from the carriers before we can resend items, should they be lost or damaged in transit.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us prior to doing so. It is important to note that when returning goods, no items can be refunded until we receive the goods back first. Any refund must be arranged within 3 days of receiving the goods. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that goods are returned to us in the same condition in which they were received. If the goods have been unused and unmodified, we will provide a refund. Unless it is established that the reason for returning the goods is our fault, all postage costs are to be borne by the party returning the goods.
Any goods returned with faults will be sent back to the supplier, and we will wait for their decision before replacing or refunding the goods. No refund or replacement can be given if the supplier decides the customer has damaged the item.
It is not impossible that our staff will send you the wrong item by mistake. We apologise if this rare occurrence happens. If this is the case for you then please contact us to let us know what has happened and return the item as soon as possible. We will not dispatch replacements to you with out the incorrectly sent item being returned to us.
If merchandise appears damaged, please refuse the delivery. However if you have already accepted delivery, save any paperwork and packaging as some couriers ask to see damaged packaging to verify any claims.
- 1) You may place orders by using the "cart" feature of this site. This feature is typical of on all Internet shops whereby you would browse through the available items and select items for purchase.
2) When you have a item displayed there is a button marked add to cart. You will see the items which have been selected on the right of your screen. Your cart contents are displayed after each selection and you can alter the quantity required or delete items which may have been incorrectly selected. Do press the update button for alterations to take place. If you wish to select more items press continue shopping.
3) When you have finished with your selection proceed to "checkout" , press the checkout button. Follow the step by step instructions which include a form to fill with your mailing details, choice of shipping -normal post or special delivery, and finally choice of payment.

- We will not process any payment until shortly before your order is ready to ship.
If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert any transactions into your national currency.
We accept most credit or debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Solo, and Switch/Maestro. We also accept payments through PayPal. Should you have any difficulties providing us with your details online, we are able to process them over the phone.
We also accept payment through direct bank transfer in USD (dollars), Euro and GBP
We accept all types of payments and currencies.
You can pay by using the following:
1) Credit or Debit cards by using NoChex service. This is one of the available choices at the end of the checkout routine.
3) Cheque or similar instrument of payment.
4) Transfer to account - Please note EUR and USD currency is acceptable.
5) Call and give card details - In this case use the cheque payment choice at the end of the shopping routine.

Due to vast fluctuations in exchange rates, prices may differ from those listed on the website. Should there be a rise in price after ordering, we would give you an option to cancel your order.
Please note that prices may differ for orders placed on the phone to those placed online. The reason for this is that it is more cost effective to process orders online.
